Delivery / Shipping Policy
A direct signature is required on all orders. Shipa obtains a signature from someone at the delivery address.
All orders have a processing time of;
For Next Day Delivery to Dubai, Ajman and Sharjah, the Customer is required to upload the orders by 12:00 latest UAE Standard Time.
Friday and Public Holiday delivery are not available. Orders placed on weekends or a holiday will be processed and shipped the following business day.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
The shipping cost of items are determined by destination and shipping method as stated below;

Order Cancellation
You may be able to cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If the order status is "shipped," it cannot be revoked. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply.
Items that are advertised as "final sale" cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Customer Service
Shipa Delivery will get delivery confirmation from end clients by making contact through text messages.
Two consecutive days of follow up text messages will be sent to the end client in case the initial contact was unsuccessful.
International Shipping
For international shipments, customs/import duties are applied once the parcel reaches its destination country.
Customs duties and any handling charges vary from country to country and are usually implemented when the order reaches its destination country.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, so they will have to be borne by you once your parcel reaches your country.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable once charged. If you refuse delivery, unfortunately, we will have to deduct that cost from the refund amount, since the courier will have already paid the charge on your behalf.
Shipping fees to your location will be displayed to you while you’re checking out. We’ll send you an email confirming your order as soon as it’s successfully placed.
